Changing the tonic pitch.

Our beginner singers and sometimes older students often sing outside of the given pitch. Is there a way we can make the tonic pitch higher or lower by half steps. For instance, if we are reading in the key of F Major, I would like to lower the tonic pitch down 3 half steps to sound like it is in the key of D Major. Is this forum read by support or should I request a support ticket to try to have this added?
