In order to use the SRF/ClassLink integration with your students, you'll need a subscription to SRF for yourself and your students who will be using SRF.  If you have not yet purchased subscriptions for you and your students, you can check out this article which has information on how you can do that.  If you already have your SRF subscription and are ready to import your classes, follow the instructions below:

  1. First, make sure that rostering is enabled for Sight Reading Factory in your organization's ClassLink settings - To enable rostering, navigate to the ClassLink management console and add Sight Reading Factory as a Roster Server Connection (a Technology Administrator will most likely need to perform this step).
  2. Sign in to Sight Reading Factory with ClassLink - Go to www.sightreadingfactory.com/login and click 'Sign in with ClassLink' to log in to SRF with your ClassLink account.
  3. In Sight Reading Factory, click the 'Import ClassLink Class' button in the 'Classes' section on the left sidebar - In the 'Classes' area of the left sidebar on your SRF dashboard, you should see an 'Import Class' button with a ClassLink icon.  Click this button to take you to the screen to select the ClassLink class you'd like to import into your SRF account.
  4. On the 'Import Class' page, set your class preferences, set the class end date, and click 'Import' to import your class - When importing your ClassLink class, you'll be creating that class in SRF and subscribing all of the students in your ClassLink class to SRF.  Once the class is successfully imported, all the students in that class will be subscribed and have full access to SRF.  As part of this import process, you can additionally set which sight reading Standards that you'd like available for this class and you can set your solfege preference, if desired.
  5. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 to import additional ClassLink classes into SRF
