Hi Alice,
Students get a message saying they can’t submit because they stopped their assignments early. - If students manually stop their recordings instead of letting the system record for the entire duration of the exercise, it will not let them submit because the recording is not the correct duration. If they are letting the recording stop on it's own (not manually clicking the stop button) and are still experiencing this problem, can you have a student that is having the problem make a short video demonstrating the problem? And then can you share that video with us at support@sightreadingfactory.com?
Assignments that were already graded show now as not submitted. - Can you email us at support@sightreadingfactory.com and let us know which assignment submissions (class/assignment/student) you are referring to?
Thanks!

A couple of my students are having this issue as well. We are also having issues with student's practice logs not showing their actual practice time. Any assistance would be helpful. Thanks
Make sure that when they practice, they practice with the assignment not from the sight reading button that way you can see how much time they spend practicing and how many tries they did before submitting. As for not being able to submit have them wait until the recording stops by itself. If they press stop before they will get the message saying they can't submit.
Hi Jeffrey,
Can you write us at support@sightreadingfactory.com and let us know the names and usernames of the students that are having the problem with submitting their assignments? We can take a look at the logs and see what problems they may have been having.
