As students are studying dynamics, shouldn't they also be able to sight-read "rhythm only" exercises with dynamics? It would be beneficial if students could sight-read rhythm only exercises that include dynamics, before trying to play or sing them. Additionally, teachers should be able to specify which dynamics could be used. Suppose we only want students to focus on Forte and Piano one week, then crescendo and diminuendo another week? This would be a great way to scaffold instruction.
