With the built-in Practice Logs you will be able to see how many exercises your students practiced and how much time they spent practicing. As an educator with student accounts, you can go to the 'Practice Log' tab of your dashboard and view the practice log for all of your students combined or your students grouped by class. You can select an individual student to see that particular student's practice log. Practice log data is kept by class, so if you have students that are in more than one SRF class, they will have separate practice log data for each SRF class they are enrolled into.
**Note regarding how the practice log data is determined** When a student is on the music page and generates an exercise, we start a session timer, if they generate another one within a certain amount time, we consider that the same session and continue counting the timer for that session. If a long amount of time has passed since generating a composition (more than 8 minutes), we stop counting the timer for that session and start a new session. Sometimes if a student only generates 1 or 2 compositions, things might not be reflected perfectly. But, if a student generates many exercises over a period of time, the reports are accurate. If a student only generates 1 exercise and just practices that same exercise over and over again for 30 minutes, we actually would only say they practiced 1 exercise for 30 seconds (because we have no way of knowing they are there practicing).
